Work Experience:

Driveway Tour Program Director– Open Eye Figure Theatre - Summer 2012-2015

Scheduled and booked over 100 puppet shows in the metro area over the past four summers.  Created an application process for the program.  Cast, directed, and trained 3 casts of puppeteers.  Repaired, built and created puppet shows.  Oversaw all program elements.

Artistic Associate Apprenticeship - Open Eye Figure Theatre – Sept. 2011-Aug. 2012

Developed marketing for main stage performances.  Puppeteered in “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.”  Developed relationships with neighborhood organizations and schools.  Created original work for Toy Theatre After Dark production.

Co-created “Nothing is Something” a main stage performance.  Created “Tucker’s Robot” the newest Driveway Tour puppet show for 2014.  Co-Created “Milly and Tillie” and designed the shadow puppet show in “Milly and Tillie.”  Co-Created the Driveway Tour puppet show “The Amazing Cow Boat” in Open Eye Residency Pilot program. Performed in four Toy Theatre After Dark Festivals with original short puppet shows.

Organized over twenty workshops with puppetry artists and taught 4 workshops on a variety of puppet forms for classes of 20-30 students.

Other Experience:

Curator and Host of the Full Moon Puppet Show – 2008-2014

Created, organized, hosted and curated a monthly community puppet cabaret with food and live music from 2008-2011.  2012-2014 Open Eye became the Fiscal Agent for the Full Moon Puppet Shows that offered free puppet workshops, artistic support and guidance for emerging puppeteers.
